This is a power builder strength program. If you're looking for strength mixed with hypertrophy gainz this is the program for you! 
The split to follow will be 3 days on 1 day off repeat.  Your rest day will change every week.

POWER BUILDER 

This block has 4 weeks. More hypertrophy based with higher volume.

Block 1

This is a 4-day upper lower split. Power building style program. If your goal is to get strong and you have 4 days a week this is the program for you.

UPPER LOWER POWERBUILDING

This is a 5-day hypertrophy-based program. It includes drop sets and supersets. 2bdays on and then rest before finishing the week.
Monday- chest

This is a legs focused training plan. If you are serious about growing your legs this is the plan for you.

This is a dumbbell only workout. It includes super sets and drop sets. Perfect for someone who is limited on gym time or for someone who workouts out at home.
